The Role
As Director of Partnerships, you’ll lead the development and scaling of our client's partner ecosystem across referral, implementation, and tech alliance channels. You’ll own the full partner lifecycle—from strategy and sourcing to enablement and revenue impact—building partnerships that become a repeatable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global partner strategy aligned to GTM priorities
- Source, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners
- Create and lead enablement programs, certifications, and playbooks
- Manage partner operations, tools, and commercial structures
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with measurable results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and RevOps
Requirements:
- 5+ years in partnerships/channel roles in B2B SaaS
- Track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Comfortable with C-level conversations and hands-on execution
- Skilled in building scalable, repeatable partner programs
- Data-driven, proactive, and focused on impact
