Our client is looking for a talented Odoo Developer to help scale the systems that power their growing hardware business. You’ll be the go-to expert driving improvements in how they sell, fulfill, and support smart devices — making every process smoother, faster, and smarter.
You’ll collaborate across teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics) to turn messy, manual workflows into streamlined Odoo-powered solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on how the company operates every single day — and your ideas will actually get built.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand needs and design new Odoo features that make everyone’s life easier.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules that power daily operations.
- Build integrations between Odoo and IoT systems to keep data, deliveries, and reports perfectly in sync.
- Streamline workflows and help teams work smarter, not harder.
- Test everything (unit, integration, UAT) to make sure what you build runs flawlessly.
- Write clear, concise documentation — your future self (and teammates) will thank you.
- Monitor performance and keep Odoo running lightning-fast.
- Support internal users and champion best practices across the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing with Odoo (bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced startup).
- Strong Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL skills.
- Experience with Odoo APIs, RESTful integrations, and custom modules.
- Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and Docker.
- A knack for understanding business processes — especially in Operations, Finance, or Logistics.
- A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work independently when needed.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Odoo.sh or OCA community modules.
- Integrating Odoo with IoT or logistics systems.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for Odoo.
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
