Position: Customer Success Manager

Our client is a Manhattan-based IoT and SaaS company helping Healthcare Facilities Managers automate compliance workflows. With over 100,000 smart devices deployed—spanning emergency lights, room pressure monitors, fridge monitors, and fire extinguisher monitors—they keep more than 2,200 facilities across 45 states safe and compliant while saving thousands of labor hours each year.

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve ongoing value from the software. You will be a critical piece to client satisfaction, and retention efforts. Responsibilities

  • Client Maintenances: Build trusted relationships with approximately 50 Healthcare facilities managers and operational leaders to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.
  • Customer Training: Deliver ongoing product training and refresher sessions
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner with client support teams to ensure a seamless post-installation transition and resolve non-technical issues promptly.
  • Leverage Technology: Use internal systems to track installations and maintain high operational standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and fulfillment teams to align deployment schedules with company objectives.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure customers stay compliant with regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years in Customer Success or Client Services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a record of successful client management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare compliance or related roles (is a plus)
  • Training in project management methodologies or software (is a plus)

  • $80,000–$90,000 base salary + bonus + equity
