I began my career in technology and pharmaceutical sales, where I learned the importance of building genuine relationships, understanding people’s goals and helping them navigate meaningful career decisions.

At Kollective Group, I combine those skills with my passion for connecting exceptional talent with growing companies. I love partnering with candidates and clients to create meaningful matches that drive long-term success. Outside of work, I live in Austin, Texas, where you’ll usually find me at Pilates, trying a new recipe, spending time with family and friends or taking my Goldendoodle, Ted, on long walks. I’m always looking for my next adventure and love exploring new places whenever I get the chance.
