The Role:

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex, high-impact implementations for their largest customers.

 

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll own the full lifecycle- from discovery and solution design through to delivery and handover- ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

 

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients
  • Run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions
  • Partner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrations
  • Manage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levels
  • Drive onboarding and early customer success
  • Identify risks and keep projects on track
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Engineering

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise-level projects
  • Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms)
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in operations (legal ops a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • NYC based and able to work on site 2-3 days/week
