Position: Experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Industry: B2B SaaS, HRTech

 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series B-backed SaaS company that’s redefining how companies hire through AI-driven recruiting technology. With rapid growth and strong momentum, they’re building a category-defining product and looking for top SDR talent to help fuel their next phase.

 

The Role:

As an SDR, you’ll be a key driver of revenue growth, focused on generating pipeline within enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to turn high-quality opportunities into new business.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with 12–24 months of SDR/BDR experience who’s looking to level up in a high-performance, high-growth environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts
  • Engage senior decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
  • Clearly articulate our client’s value proposition and market differentiation
  • Qualify leads through strong discovery and strategic questioning
  • Partner with marketing to convert inbound leads and optimize campaigns
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline in CRM
