The Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build pipeline and drive growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified meetings, and partnering closely with the sales team to create new business opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn
- Identify and research target healthcare organizations and decision-makers
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns
Requirements:
- 6 months- 1 year of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- SaaS experience is a plus
