Our client is a venture-backed SaaS company building an AI-powered workflow and operations platform used by enterprise legal teams to manage requests, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across large organizations. Their platform is already trusted by a number of global enterprise customers and they are now entering a significant growth phase across the US market.

 

We’re hiring a Director of Sales to help scale and mature their enterprise GTM function. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the executive team to drive revenue growth, improve sales execution, and build a high-performing sales culture.

 

The role combines frontline sales leadership with broader operational ownership across forecasting, enablement, GTM strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

They’re looking for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in deals while also helping build the systems, structure, and team needed to scale efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of enterprise Account Executives across key verticals and segments
  • Supporting reps through complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic deal negotiations
  • Driving improvements across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and overall GTM execution
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
  • Helping implement scalable sales processes, forecasting models, territory planning, and enablement initiatives
  • Leveraging AI, automation, and revenue intelligence tools to improve sales productivity and efficiency
  • Using data and pipeline insights to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Contributing to broader revenue strategy and long-term GTM planning alongside senior leadership

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including both individual contributor and sales leadership experience
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams within fast-growth or venture-backed environments
  • Strong enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach reps directly within live deals
  • Experience building scalable sales processes and driving operational improvements
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting ability, and analytical mindset
  • Interest in AI-driven sales tooling, automation, and modern GTM technology stacks
  • Highly adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence
