Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

They are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and strategic enterprise growth across large, technically complex organizations.
This is an opportunity for a true hunter who thrives in consultative sales cycles and can confidently engage engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Drive new logo acquisition within enterprise and strategic accounts
- Sell complex technical solutions into engineering and infrastructure organizations
- Build relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and technical decision-makers
- Navigate multi-stakeholder technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Consistently exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements:
- Proven track record closing enterprise SaaS deals in highly technical environments
- Experience selling observability, infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, security, data platform, or adjacent technical solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to speak credibly to engineering teams
- History of closing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise agreements
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Hunter mentality with strong outbound and pipeline generation skills
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
- West Coast-based candidates strongly preferred
