Strategic Account Executive

Position: Strategic Account Executive 

Location: New York, NY (In Office)

Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered healthcare technology company that is scaling its commercial team in New York City.

We're hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive complex enterprise sales opportunities and build relationships with large healthcare organizations. This role will work closely with executive leadership, own strategic accounts, and play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy as it continues to scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic and enterprise healthcare accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive new business and expansion opportunities
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and business cases tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations preferred
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
