Position: Strategic Account Executive

Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered healthcare technology company that is scaling its commercial team in New York City.
We're hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive complex enterprise sales opportunities and build relationships with large healthcare organizations. This role will work closely with executive leadership, own strategic accounts, and play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy as it continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic and enterprise healthcare accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to drive new business and expansion opportunities
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and business cases tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales experience
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and exceeding quota
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations preferred
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
